RETURN POLICY

All Items are insured for 100% of value at time of shipping. When received, note outside appearance of shipping container. Open carefully do not scratch or mar surfaces with metal clip on boxes. Examine each item for damage. If damage is noted, keep all boxes and all packaging materials and notify us, THE AMISH FURNITURE MART at 814-257-8699

If any standard item shown on our web pages, which has not been customized especially for you does not meet your standards please call us within 7 days. If you then wish to return the item you are responsible for packaging and returning the insured item back to us. If it arrives in resalable condition, we will return the full value you paid for the item minus the shipping costs of shipping the item to you and back to us. For items, which have been custom made and custom finished, which have a limited demand, we will not accept the return of these items and will not refund the furniture cost.
